How far in advance should I book?

Yes. We're available seven days a week, including evenings, and same-day appointments are often possible depending on your location and document readiness.


What is a Loan Signing Agent, and how is that different from a general notary?

A notary verifies identity and witnesses signatures. A Certified Loan Signing Agent, our founder's designation through the NNA, is additionally trained to handle the full loan document package: knowing where every signature, initial, and date belongs, and catching errors before they delay your closing.


What should I have ready for our appointment?

Can you notarize documents at a hospital, care facility, or jail?

A valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) for every signer. If you're the buyer or borrower, your escrow or title company will send the documents directly to us ahead of time.

Yes. We facilitate apostille processing for documents that need to be authenticated for use outside the United States, and we can walk you through the turnaround time for your specific document.

Yes. We regularly travel to hospitals, care facilities, and correctional facilities throughout San Diego and Riverside Counties. These visits are scheduled directly. Call or use the booking page to arrange one.


As early as possible for loan signings, since timing is often set by your escrow company. For general notary work, same-day or next-day is usually workable.
